General Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.

29 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged.

6 to 1 day before arrival: 90% of the total price will be charged.

In the event of a no-show or early departure, 100% of the booked stay will be charged.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. This provides cover in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as illness, mountain accidents, car breakdowns or other important reasons that prevent you from travelling or occur during your stay. Insurance can be taken out directly when making your booking.
Cancellation Policy for Grossglockner Ascents with a Mountain Guide
The following cancellation policy applies to bookings connected with a guided ascent of the Grossglockner:

Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.

13 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged.

6 to 1 day before arrival: 90% of the total price will be charged.

In the event of a no-show or early departure, 100% of the booked stay will be charged.
Should an ascent not be possible due to dangerous weather or safety conditions and the mountain guide cancels the tour, you will have the opportunity to rebook your stay once, free of charge, for another date within the same summer season, subject to availability.
